Abstract

The Census of Agriculture is an effort to accurately and comprehensively portray the state of the agricultural sector nationwide. The publication of the Complete Enumeration Results of the 2023 Census of Agriculture - Edition 2 is the outcome of the field data collection in the 2023 Census of Agriculture. In the second phase publication, BPS-Statistics Indonesia presents more comprehensive data and information, as well as updates from publication Edition 1. There are four types of publications in the Complete Enumeration Results of the 2023 Census of Agriculture - Edition 2: 1. Complete Enumeration Results of the 2023 Census of Agriculture - Edition 2: Individual Agricultural Holdings, which consists of food crops, horticulture, estate crops, livestock, fishery, and forestry, 2. Complete Enumeration Results of the 2023 Census of Agriculture - Edition 2: Agricultural Corporations, 3. Complete Enumeration Results of the 2023 Census of Agriculture - Edition 2: Other Agricultural Holdings, 4. Complete Enumeration Results of the 2023 Census of Agriculture - Edition 2: Sustainable Development Goal Indicators and World Census of Agriculture (WCA) Indicators The Complete Enumeration Results of the 2023 Census of Agriculture - Edition 2: Estate Crops Individual Agricultural Holdings contains information regarding the general explanation of the 2023 Census of Agriculture, general agricultural holdings, and detailed data related to Estate Crops Individual Agricultural Holdings. The data and information presented are expected to be more than just numbers but serve as a profound and holistic foundation for designing policies to transform the agricultural sector towards Indonesia Emas 2045. The implementation of the 2023 Census of Agriculture represents a major collaboration and significant contribution from farmers, agricultural associations, Key Farmer and Fisherfolk Groups (KTNA), academics, relevant Ministries/ Agencies/Local Government Organizations (OPD), and all parties involved.
